Ryan Companies Tops Out on Transit-Oriented Elmhurst Development

Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national developer, designer, builder, capital markets partner, and real estate manager, has topped off construction of Vyne on Haven, a transit-oriented apartment community located at 102 Haven Rd. in downtown Elmhurst, IL. Ryan Companies is providing development, design, construction and building management services. 

Representatives from Ryan Companies joined project subcontractors, site workers, and financial partners MetLife Investment Management and Regions Financial Corp at the March 6 topping-off to celebrate the milestone, tour the project and host a luncheon. 

“Achieving this milestone is a great step on our road to completion in 2024 with preleasing set to begin in winter 2023,” said Toby Veit, VP of real estate development at Ryan Companies.   

The six-story, 200-unit Vyne on Haven is located near the Elmhurst Metra Station and will feature 40 studios, 103 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and nine three-bedroom units.
