Ryan Companies Plans 39-Story Minneapolis Condo Tower

Ryan Companies US, Inc. plans to co-develop with Luigi Bernardi an ultra-luxury high-rise residential condominium tower in the Mill District of downtown Minneapolis. The proposed 39-story, elegant masonry and glass building, to be named “Eleven,” will be located near 1101 West River Parkway and Gold Medal Park.

Ryan Companies’ Carl Runck says, “Eleven will establish a new standard for upscale urban living in Minneapolis,” noting preliminary design concepts are being shared with the Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association and City of Minneapolis officials.

The building plan includes one to five homes per floor, for a total of 101 distinguished residences. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Eleven will include a large landscaped rooftop deck with a pool affording dramatic views of the downtown skyline and river, as well as expansive private terraces on most floors. Construction could begin as early as the end of this year, with occupancy in 2020.
