Real estate firm Ryan Companies US, Inc. has announced a pair of personnel moves in San Diego, promoting Ryan Grove to Vice President of Real Estate Development and hiring Adam Pevney as Director of Land Acquisitions. Grove has been with the company for seven years and has been involved in the development of over 1 million square feet of industrial space while Pevney will be responsible for sourcing off-market land deals and helping grow Ryan’s Southern California pipeline with market-rate apartment projects.

“Our team is thrilled to promote Ryan to Vice President and welcome Adam into his new role on our robust development team,” said Ryan Companies West Region President Mike Mahoney. “Their decades of combined experience across the market will position us for success and strengthen our pipeline with impactful projects.”

Grove is actively involved in NAIOP and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Pevney earned his master’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M.
