Ryan Companies Adds Two Key Leaders in Midwest

Ryan Companies, US Inc. expanded its Midwest leadership team with the addition of two executives. David Wilson (pictured above) joins as VP of Development in the Davenport, IA office. Aaron Schlagel will join as VP of Development, focused on growth in Kansas City, Omaha and the surrounding Midwestern markets..

Wilson, who is serving as President of the CCIM Institute, brings more than 18 years of experience leading multi-million-dollar commercial real estate projects across the country and has a proven track record in real estate investment strategies and solutions. His responsibilities will include sourcing new development and construction opportunities in the Quad Cities and throughout the Midwest. Previously, Wilson served as EVP of Lockard Development, and President of Lockard Commercial Realty.

Schlagel comes from Copaken Brooks LLC, where he served as VP of Development and Construction. He brings more than 15 years of development experience in multi-million-dollar projects both nationally and internationally.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
