Ryan Companies US and C. S. McCrossan, Inc. plan to develop Minnesota Science and Technology Center on 100 acres in Maple Grove, MN

Ryan, C.S. McCrossan to Co-Develop Science and Tech Center

Ryan Companies US, Inc. and C. S. McCrossan, Inc. plan to develop Minnesota Science and Technology Center in Maple Grove, MN. Working as land partners and co-developers, the two Minnesota-based companies plan to deliver a 100-acre campus that will offer scientists, innovators and researchers state-of-the-art, build-to-suit facilities.

For more than 60 years, the 100-acre site served as a source of high-quality aggregate, which was used by McCrossan in constructing many of the Twin Cities’ largest road and infrastructure projects.

“From the time our founder Charley McCrossan acquired his first gravel mining property in Maple Grove in the early 1960s, he envisioned that the ultimate best use for the land would be reclamation and thoughtful developments like the Minnesota Science and Technology Center,” said John McCrossan, SVP of C. S. McCrossan.

In addition to its role as codeveloper and land partner, Ryan will also build the campus.
