Ryan Breaks Ground on 200K-SF MN HQ
Ryan Companies U.S. Inc. has launched construction on Star Exhibits’ 200,800-square-foot office headquarters in 610 Zane Business Park, at the intersection of Hampshire Avenue and 93rd Avenue North in Brooklyn Park, MN.
The new headquarters is situated on 13.1 acres at Ryan’s 610 Zane Business Park. Upon completion in December, the facility will include office, design, production and warehouse space.
Ryan’s 610 Zane Business Park is a 160-acre mixed-use development. The complex will include a main grocery store with a full-service Market Grill restaurant and bar, and a separate liquor store. Ryan plans seven additional buildings on the site, including commercial, retail, office, and warehouse space, as well as high-tech commercial manufacturing.
