Ryan Adding 432K-SF Chandler Industrial Asset
Ryan Companies is beginning construction on Schrader Farms Business Park, located at the northwest corner of Queen Creek and McQueen roads in Chandler. The business park is comprised of three industrial buildings totaling more than 432,000 square feet.
Each building will feature its own privately secured yard, will be air-conditioned and will have ample vehicle and trailer parking. Nearby corporate users include Intel, FedEx, Cardinal Health, and a host of semiconductor-related users.
Ryan is developing and building the project. Deutsch Architecture Group (photo) is the architect of record. JLL’s Pat Harlan, Kyle Westfall, and Jason Moore represented Ryan in the transaction, while Steve Larsen and Bill Honsaker represented the seller.
Schrader Farms Business Park is minutes from the Chandler Municipal Airport and near the Loop 101 and 202 interchanges, Arizona State Route 87, and Interstate 10.
