Colliers arranged the sale of a three-property industrial portfolio in Minnetonka, MN to Ryan Companies US

Ryan Acquires Three-Building Minnetonka Portfolio 

Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul’s Office and Industrial Investment Services Team arranged the sale of a three-property industrial portfolio totaling 168,315 square feet in Minnetonka, MN. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.  

A brokerage team of Mark Kolsrud, John McCarthy, Peter Loehrer, Pete Carbonneau, Kyle Delarosby and Lydia Turczyn represented the seller during negotiations with the buyer, Ryan Companies US, Inc. Locally based Ryan has developed a number of industrial properties around the Twin Cities region and across the U.S. 

At the time of closing, the industrial portfolio was 99% occupied, on average, by tenants, many of whom specialize in e-commerce. Included in the sale were 15225-15305, 15300-15324 and 15400-15414 Minnetonka Industrial Rd.
