RXR Realty and Broadway Construction Group Top Out 810 Fulton St.

Workers topped out the 12-story building now under construction at 810 Fulton St. in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn.

“We were able to complete construction on schedule, despite the adverse weather conditions this winter,” said Everard Martin of Broadway Construction Group, general contractor for the building for developer RXR Realty.

When completed in 2019, 810 Fulton St. will include 363 apartments, 163 parking spaces and 33,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
