RXR Launches Affiliate to Provide Title Insurance Services

RXR Realty and its partners have launched Prime X Settlement Services LLC d/b/a Prime X Title Agency, an affiliate company. Based in Uniondale, NY, Prime X provides title insurance and related services for commercial and residential real estate transactions across the nation. 
 
“As an RXR affiliate company, the Prime X team brings years of experience and knowledge to a New York real estate market ripe for opportunity,” said Michael Maturo, RXR president. “Jay Oringer and Jesse Iadanza lead a team that has worked directly on many RXR deals over the past five years. Their insight and knowledge is unmatched.”
 
Prime X Title Agency is a full-service title insurance agent and related real estate services provider that writes title insurance policies in New York and other states. Its focus includes all types of real estate transactions, including residential homes, commercial buildings, vacant land and development projects.
