RXR, Korman Launch Leasing at White Plains Mixed-Use

RXR and Korman Communities have launched leasing at AVE Hamilton Green, a residential and mixed-use community located at the site of the former White Plains Mall. The project will be managed by Korman under its award-winning management brand AVE and will include two residential buildings.

The master plan’s first residential building, 25 Cottage, will feature 170 luxury apartments. The leasing announcement comes soon after the topping out ceremony on August 26.

AVE Hamilton Green is developed in partnership with the Cappelli Organization and its subsidiary, LRC Construction, serving as general contractor. First move-ins will commence at the start of 2025.

“AVE Hamilton Green represents more than just a residential development – it is part of an exciting full mixed-use masterplan including residential, office, and retail uses as well as a dynamic green space that will be accessible to the public,” said Joseph V. Graziose, EVP and head of construction & development, RXR.
