RXR Adds 40K SF of Leases to Stamford MXU 

RXR has added three new leases totaling 40,000 square feet at Atlantic Station in Stamford, CT. The new tenants include Lovesac, occupying 28,000 square feet and expected to open in Q4 2024. Lovesac is a furniture company specializing in modular furniture. Golf Lounge 18, an indoor golfing facility, will occupy 9,000 square feet and is set to open in Q1 2025. Fresh & Co, a healthy fast-casual franchise, has already opened in a 3,000 square-foot space. 

Atlantic Station, a mixed-use project in Downtown Stamford, offers 650 residences and 82,000 square feet of retail space. The complex features amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, and game rooms. It is located one block from the Stamford Transportation Center, providing express service to Midtown Manhattan. 

Lovesac was represented by Brian Scruton of Cushman & Wakefield, and the landlord was represented in house and with Tim Rorick and Janey Steinmetz of Newmark. In the transaction with Golf Lounge 18, the landlord and tenant were represented by Tyler Lyman of Tru Commercial. Fresh & Co was represented by Sabre and the landlord was represented by Tyler Lyman of Tru Commercial. In all transactions, RXR was represented in-house and with Newmark.
