RW Dake Acquires Baltimore Warehouse for $8M
RW Dake Construction, a New York-based company, has acquired a 51,448-square-foot warehouse at 10331 S. Dolfield Road in Baltimore County’s Owings Mills. The property was purchased for $7.75 million from United Sortation Solutions.
The full-service general contracting company plans to relocate its Maryland regional office from Columbia later this year. The warehouse, constructed in 1973 and expanded in 2016, features a 26-foot clear height, two exterior dock doors, one drive-in door, and ample surface parking.
Matthew Curran, SIOR, Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak, all SVPs and principals for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC representing the buyer. RW Dake Construction intends to occupy about two-thirds of the building, while MacKenzie will handle leasing of the remaining space.
