Ruppert Properties Buys Frederick Industrial Site  

Ruppert Properties has acquired 7201 McKinney Circle in Frederick, Maryland, a former Aspen Publishers facility. The purchase price is not disclosed.

The 89,000-square-foot industrial building sits on 7 acres zoned for light industrial use and features 30′ to 40′ clear heights and various loading configurations. Ruppert Properties plans to renovate the property, including exterior and interior improvements such as façade upgrades, dock enhancements, energy-efficient lighting, asphalt repairs, and landscaping. The facility is currently unoccupied. 

Craig Childs of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the transaction. Ruppert Properties represented itself.
