Rudin Taps JLL for 80 Pine St. Leasing

JLL was selected by Rudin Management Company to handle leasing for 80 Pine St. in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. The new leasing and marketing campaign occurs as Rudin launches a significant capital improvement program at the 1.2-million-square-foot office property, including a reimagined lobby that can provide a building-within-a-building opportunity for a major tenant.

The JLL team overseeing the assignment is led by vice chairmen Frank Doyle and Alexander Chudnoff. It includes Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of JLL’s New York operations; John Wheeler, executive managing director; and VPs Eliza Akers and Kyle Young.

“Rudin Management is at the forefront of Manhattan building owners making positive changes at their property due to a changing marketplace,” said Doyle.

Chudnoff added, “The reimagined 80 Pine St. offers a tremendous opportunity and value for a headquarters-quality office space within the revitalized Financial District.”

Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, 80 Pine opened in 1960.
