Rudin Signs Two Downtown HQ Relocations 

Rudin has announced two headquarters relocation deals at One Battery Park Plaza in Lower Manhattan, totaling 26,500 square feet. Barry McTiernan & Moore LLC, an NYC-based insurance litigation firm, will occupy 18,464 square feet on the top floor in a 16-year lease. Partnership With Children, specializing in children’s mental health services, signed an 11-year lease for 8,036 square feet on the second floor.  

Barry McTiernan & Moore LLC was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jonathan Schindler and Mark Weiss. Partnership with Children was represented by Ramneek K. Rikhy, Zachary Price and Marlee Teplitzky of CBRE. Rudin’s Kevin Daly represented building ownership in both transactions.
