Rudin Family’s 55 Broad Adds Two Creative Tenants

Architectural services firm Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP signed a 10-year, 10,307 square-foot lease at the Rudin Family’s 55 Broad St. in the Financial District. The firm, which specializes in sustainable design, expects to relocate from 299 Broadway to 55 Broad by the end of 2019.

Rudin has also completed a 5,940 square-foot lease with online gambling operator Unibet Interactive Inc. Unibet will use the space to establish its first permanent office in the U.S.

Michael Rudin, SVP at Rudin Management Company, said the two leasing commitments “reflect Lower Manhattan’s continued appeal to creative, tech-focused companies, and further validate our efforts to create and maintain a best-in-class work environment at 55 Broad Street.”

Curtis + Ginsberg was represented by Wharton Property Advisors’ Ruth Colp-Haber, while Unibet was advised by Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Baraldi and Lexie Perticone. Building ownership was represented by Rudin Management’s Kevin Daly.
