Rudin Announces Leadership Succession Plan

Rudin has announced that beginning January 1, 2024, Samantha Rudin Earls and Michael Rudin will take on the roles of co-CEOs at Rudin, while Neil Gupta will become President and Chief Investment Officer. Bill Rudin and Eric Rudin will retain their positions as co-chairmen, primarily focusing on the firm’s long-term strategic direction.

Samantha, Michael, and Neil have collectively been involved in over $3 billion of successful investments over the past 15 years. As co-CEOs, Samantha will oversee the multifamily business, Michael will oversee the commercial office business, and they will jointly manage Rudin’s various business lines and its portfolio comprising 17 residential and 15 commercial buildings.

Neil will be the first non-family member to serve as president, overseeing investment and capital strategies. “This transition has been more than a decade in the making. Over that time, Samantha, Michael and Neil have demonstrated their ability to lead and chart a course for the company’s continued success,” said Bill Rudin.
