Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center to Open New Facility in Montvale Medical Hub
Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center has signed a long-term lease for 3,400 square feet at 160 Summit Ave., a 32,000-square-foot office building in Montvale, New Jersey. The new lease follows recent leases with Refuah Health Center, a multispecialty medical group, and Empowered Pelvic Health, which both signed long-term deals at the property.
Owned by locally based Montvale Real Estate Ventures, LLC, the two-story office building is undergoing an extensive renovation that includes upgrades to common areas and restrooms, ADA accessibility, a new front entrance, landscaping, and high visibility signage
JLL’s Frank D. Recine serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. “160 Summit offers the unique opportunity for a 12,000-square-foot medical practice with a private main entrance and branding opportunity,” said Recine.
