Real estate investment adviser Rubenstein Partners has secured more than 230,000 square feet of leases at Sanctuary Park, a 1.6 million-square-foot office complex in Alpharetta. In total, the firm secured six lease transactions in 2020.

The transactions include a variety of industries and space requirements. Merchant E-Solutions Inc., a provider of global merchant payment acceptance solutions, acquired 53,000 square feet in a long-term lease. Additional leases recently signed include consumer credit reporting company TransUnion; networking systems services and software company Ciena; vehicle fleet management firm LeasePlan USA; global accounting and advisory firm EY, and CDE Services, a payment systems provider.

Sanctuary Park is a Class A office development featuring a park-like campus environment with nearly five miles of trails and sidewalks. The property’s location in Alpharetta provides quick access to GA-400, as well as a shuttle connection to MARTA North Springs. Sanctuary Park also offers an onsite food hall, as well as reserved conference rooms and training space, a fully-staffed fitness club and a softball field.
