Rubenstein, SCP Sign New Tenants at Cincy Offices

Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners and Indianapolis-headquartered Strategic Capital Partners (SCP) closed two new leases at 312 Plum St. in downtown Cincinnati. The leases include 11,902 square feet for Halo Communications and 12,837 square feet for nonprofit Knowledgeworks Foundation.

Rubenstein and SCP purchased 312 Plum St. and the neighboring 312 Elm St. office property in 2015. The joint venture ownership embarked on a capital improvement plan to renovate both buildings, which total 610,000 square feet.

“We believe the Cincinnati office sector will remain active throughout 2020, and 312 Plum Street and the adjacent 312 Elm St. are poised to take advantage of this robust market demand,” said Rubenstein’s Brian Simel.

CBRE’s Nick Greiwe, Travis Likes, Chris Carey, Scott Yards, and Kate Myers represented ownership in leasing negotiations.  Chris Vollmer, Jr. with CBRE represented Halo Communications, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Snow and Rose Ferrugia represented KnowledgeWorks Foundation.
