Rubenstein Acquires 450K-SF Office Property in Stamford

Rubenstein Partners acquired 600 Washington Blvd., a 12-story, 450,000-square-foot office building in Stamford. The sales price was undisclosed. The property, which is located in Stamford’s central business district, was constructed in 2009 to serve as the U.S. headquarters for the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Gil Ohls of JLL represented the seller, NatWest Markets, in the transaction. The building is currently 85% leased to a tenant roster that includes NatWest Markets, UBS and Bank of America.

Features of the trophy office building include floor to ceiling windows, a one-acre outdoor terrace, a 1,200-space parking garage and fully-redundant building systems.
