Ruane, Cunniff Relocates Headquarters to Rockefeller Center

Investment advisor Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb will relocate its headquarters to Tishman Speyer’s 45 Rockefeller Plaza. The firm will relocate from 9 W. 57th St. to Rockefeller Center in 2023.

Ruane, Cunniff will occupy 45 Rock’s entire 34th floor and a section of the 35th floor, for a total of 43,495 square feet. Lease terms and the names of brokers involved weren’t disclosed.

“We are delighted to welcome Ruane, Cunniff to the Rockefeller Center family,” said EB Kelly, head of Rockefeller Center and managing director at Tishman Speyer. “From the moment the Ruane team walks through one of the City’s most welcoming, exquisite lobbies; to the public art and programming in the Plaza; to our extensive experiential amenities and our fantastic new restaurants – we want to ensure that Rockefeller Center can be a true home for them. We look forward to their first day at 45 Rockefeller Plaza.”
