RSM Will Expand and Upgrade Minneapolis Offices

RSM US LLP, which provides audit and tax services to middle-market businesses, plans to expand and renovate its offices at RSM Plaza, its existing location at 801 Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis. RSM currently occupies more than 115,000 square feet across five floors but didn’t disclose the size of the expansion. The renovation is anticipated to be complete by late 2020.

“We made a strategic decision to remain at RSM Plaza, which offers a central location for our talent and clients, and we will fully renovate our space to reflect the growing needs of our people, our middle market clients and our business,” said Jamie Woell, Minneapolis office managing partner.

RSM’s new lease coincides with the recent completion of the $10-million renovation to RSM Plaza, undertaken by RSM Plaza ownership, a joint venture partnership including Golub & Company and Oaktree Capital. Deborah Frank, SVP of leasing at Golub, was instrumental in negotiating the transaction.
