RSM to Relocate U.S. Offices to CME Center

Professional services firm RSM US LLP said it would move its U.S. headquarters to Tishman Speyer’s CME Center at 30 S. Wacker Dr. The tax advisory firm, currently housed at 1 S. Wacker, didn’t specify the size of its lease or identify leasing brokers.

“While we have enjoyed our current location in Chicago, we’ve realized the need for a more efficient and productive environment that accommodates the way our people work today.” said RSM’s John Bird.

“As our middle-market clients have continued to grow, so has RSM—in Chicago and at our other 85 offices nationwide,” he added. “The CME Center will provide us with the needed space for continued growth, state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative environment for working with our clients and with one another.”

The company is aiming for a late 2020/early 2021 move to the CME Center.
