RSK Starting Work on 210-Unit Katy BTR Community

RSK Real Estate Partners acquired 17.2 acres to develop a second build-to-rent community in Harris County.

Construction will get underway in the coming weeks on the Landing at Katy Pointe, a 210-unit project at the corner of Clay Road and Katy Pointe Boulevard on the city’s rapidly expanding west side and one mile north of the developer’s 156-unit Landing at Morton Ranch, where leasing is now underway. Rick Ragan of NewQuest, represented the buyer and Nick Ramsey and Kevin Sims, negotiated for the seller, Telephone Investments Inc.

RSK’s newest project will feature two- and three-bedroom duplexes, averaging 1,500 square feet, with attached garages and landscaped yards. The Landing at Katy Pointe is slated to deliver in Q3 2026.

“Housing prices are driving demand for well-constructed rental product in this part of Katy.“ NewQuest’s Ragan says.

RSK’s site is located one mile from an H-E-B grocery store and is surrounded by retail.
