RS&H Inc. Inks 10K-SF Office Lease in Houston

Architecture, engineering and consulting services firm RS&H Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 9,850 square feet at Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Greenway Plaza.

Greenway Plaza is a 52-acre mixed-use campus in between Downtown and Uptown Houston. The campus includes a 150,000-square-foot Life Time Diamond Club fitness facility, a child care center, activated common spaces, curated programming, as well as an array of food and beverage concepts, including Feges BBQ, Tony’s, Fusion Eats and Greenway Coffee.

RS&H was represented by Sara Fredericks and Kristian Nielsen of Newmark. Amanda Nebel negotiated on behalf of landlord/owner Parkway Property Investments.
