RREAF Holdings Launches Construction on Delta Marriott Southlake

RREAF Holdings LLC broke ground on the first phase of a 16-acre, mixed-use development in Southlake, TX. The project will be anchored by the 239-room Delta Marriott Southlake, which is scheduled for completion by fall 2020.

Merriman Anderson Architects and Cole Engineering designed the site and development. Hill & Wilkinson is the general contractor.  BancorpSouth Bank and Mosaic Real Estate Investors are the debt providers, while RREAF investors is providing the equity.

Additional phases for the mixed-use development at the corner of SH 114 and North White Chapel Boulevard, could include up to 240,000 square feet of office, restaurants, retail and structured parking. According to My Southlake News, city approval will be required for additional development.
