RR Donnelly Takes Full Floor with Sapir Organization

Global communications and marketing company RR Donnelly has signed a 10-year, full-floor lease at the Sapir Organization’s 261 Madison Ave. Chicago-based RR Donnelly will move into 14,000 square feet at 261 Madison from its current New York office, one block east at 99 Park Ave.

“We’re proactively building out modern, high-end spaces across our office portfolio, and this latest in a string of lease deals at 261 Madison is testament to that work,” said Sapir Organization president and CEO Alex Sapir.

The Sapir Organization was represented on the deal by CBRE’s Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Brett Shannon, Tim Freydberg and Jared London. RR Donnelly was represented by a CBRE team of Dan Knopf and Ben Fastenberg.

The RR Donnelly lease follows a similar deal with RoC Cosmetics in May, which saw Sapir build out the full 11,000-square-foot 16th floor at 261 Madison for the skincare brand.
