RPM Takes Giant Leap on NMHC 50
Austin-based RPM took a big leap on the Top 50 List of Apartment Managers by the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). The property management company scored the number 11 place on the list, up 31 spots from number 42 last year.
The NMHC 50 is the sector’s ranking of the nation’s largest apartment owners, managers, developers, builders and syndicators. RPM’s significant jump is on the heels of exponential growth last year which includes the recent acquisitions of multifamily management companies Maverick Residential in Phoenix and CF Real Estate Services in Atlanta.
Currently, RPM employs 1,600 associates across 32 U.S. markets to manage its portfolio of 84,000 units. The company’s success amid the pandemic was due to strategic acquisition positioning aligned with innovative solutions and resident-centric service.
“This is a direct result of our team’s tenacity and hard work, and it demonstrates how well-positioned we are to continue that momentum in the coming years as we evolve and grow,” said Jason Berkowitz, CEO and founder of RPM.
