RPG Sells Rivian-Leased Industrial in Vista

RAF Pacifica Group (RPG) has completed the sale of a 59,828-square-foot industrial building fully leased to electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian Automotive and located at 3280 Corporate View, in Vista. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. RPG partnered with CenterSquare Investment Management on the asset, with Cushman & Wakefield representing the selling firms.

RPG said the property benefits from its proximity to some of North San Diego County’s most affluent coastal communities including Rancho Santa Fe, La Costa, Encinitas and Carlsbad. Vista has long been established as a hub for advanced manufacturing, logistics, and research and development users, supported by a highly skilled labor pool and excellent regional connectivity, according to RPG.

“Continued investor and occupier interest in well-located industrial assets in North San Diego County underscores the strength of the region’s fundamentals,” said Adam Robinson, founder and president of RPG. “Properties that combine strong tenancy with access to key transportation and a deep labor pool remain highly desirable for both users and investors.”
