RPG Completes $60M Escondido Logistics Center

RAF Pacifica Group (RPG) completed the construction of Escondido Logistics Center. The $60-million, two-building industrial complex spans 147,054 square feet in Escondido Technology Park.

“We have been a leader in the industrial space in San Diego for more than a decade and have developed more than 1.5 million square feet, with over four million square feet currently under ownership,” said RPG president Adam Robinson. “The completion of Escondido Logistics Center is demonstrative of our expertise and niche focus on the San Diego market.”

Escondido Logistics Center is located along Interstate 15 and features two freestanding buildings of approximately 88,000 square feet and 58,000 square feet. The 88,000-square-foot building was sold to the San Diego Water Authority upon completion of the project.

The San Diego Water Authority was represented by Colliers International. The second, 58,000-square-foot building is currently being marketed for lease or sale by Aric Stark and Drew Dodds at Cushman and Wakefield.
