Royal Gourmet Expands to West Coast with Riverside Facility
Peachtree Corners, GA-based Royal Gourmet Corp. signed a 74-month, 65,000-square-foot industrial lease with LBA Realty at Hunter Highland Corporate Center in Riverside. The outdoor grills and grilling accessories company will take space at 799 Palmyrita, a Class A 211,160-square-foot building.
Built in 1997 near the 215 freeway, the site includes a large yard for trailer storage and dock high doors. Planned logistics efficiency improvements include office space renovations and three new dock levelers.
Avison Young’s Cody Lerner and Stan Nowak represented the tenant. Lee & Associates’ Rocky Moran and Ryan Lal represented the Irvine-based landlord.
Lerner says, “With its headquarters and distribution center in Atlanta, this marks Royal Gourmet Corp.’s first western states location. The company’s sales have been rising over recent years and especially over the past few months as people are doing more grilling at home. This new location enables the company to be more cost and time efficient when distributing products to its western region customer base.”
