Royal Blue Grocery Inks Deal at Trammell Crow Center
Royal Blue Grocery signed a lease for space on the ground floor of the 1.2-million-square-foot, 50-story Trammell Crow Center in downtown Dallas. The urban-style Royal Blue Grocery will take down a total of 5,500 square feet, which will include a 3,300-square-foot store and 2,000-square-foot patio.
Also signing a lease at the property is Dallas restauranteur Tim McEneny’s NL Group. McEneny’s 3,100-square-foot restaurant and bar will be able to accommodate up to 80 patrons.
The Trammell Crow Center at 2001 Ross Ave. is undergoing a $135 million redevelopment, which will include upgrades to the lobby, exterior and plaza, as well as the addition of ground-floor retail space. Stream Realty Partners and J.P. Morgan Asset Management are overseeing the redevelopment.
