Rounded Houston Office Tower Picked by DZMI
David Z. Mafrige Interests (DZMI) has acquired one of the area’s more recognizable officer towers, The Tower at 290. The semi-circular, prominent 12-story Class A office building is located at 13430 Northwest Freeway in Houston. What used to be called the Granite Tower at 290, was built in 1982.
Stream Realty Partners has been engaged to represent DZMI in the leasing of the building. Stream’s Matt Asvestas and Danielle Rothchild are spearheading the effort on behalf of DZMI.
The Tower at 290, which DZMI acquired at the end of February, boasts 245,846 square feet of prime office space strategically situated in the Northwest submarket just minutes from the junction of U.S. 290 and Loop 610. It is 4 minutes from the junction of U.S. 290 and Loop 610 and 8 minutes from Galleria. It’s 12 minutes from downtown Houston.
Amenities include a newly renovated lobby (coming soon), 24-hour courtesy officer, cafe, and after-hours card-key access. Further upgrades are planned.
