Ross Stores Leases 115K SF for West Coast Merchandising Hub

Ross Stores, Inc. has signed an approximately 115,000-square-foot office lease at ROW DTLA, relocating from Downtown’s CBD. The lease will encompass approximately 110,000 square feet of creative office and 5,000 square feet of exclusive rooftop space.

The expansive space will accommodate Ross’s West Coast merchandising hub. The fashion and home furnishings retailer joins other brands that have come to the 32-acre ROW DTLA, including Adidas, Wilson and Fashionphile.

“Ross’s move from the Central Business District to ROW is another example of fashion brands choosing to put down roots here,” said Sarah Icke, director of asset management at ROW DTLA. “With Pistola recently joining the campus and Revolve renewing its commitment, we have seen real momentum among fashion companies that want more from their offices.”

Jaclyn Ward, Cassie Trosclair and Sarah Hancock of JLL represented ROW DTLA. John Zanetos and Kelli Snyder of CBRE represented ROSS.
