Ross Dress For Less to Open Second Location in Woodbridge
Ross Dress For Less has leased its second property in Woodbridge, Virginia. The new location spans 22,721 square feet and is situated at Marumsco Plaza, a shopping center on Richmond Highway owned by The Garrett Companies,
“With the addition of Ross and a number of major renovations under way or completed earlier this year, the center is positioned to continue to improve upon its historic success,” says Andrew Garrett, president of The Garrett Companies. KLNB’s Brokerage Principals, Dimitri Georgelakos and Veronica Kamara, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Located at 13901 Richmond Hwy, Marumsco Plaza is a shopping destination featuring retailers including Walgreens, Wells Fargo, Todos Supermarket, Children of America preschool, and Advance Auto Parts.
Close to 200,000 residents live within five miles of the Plaza, with a median income of $92,000. Traffic counts exceed 275,000 between I-95, and Prince William Pkwy, according to data from KLNB.
