Rosewood Turns Dirt on Second Phase of Tobin Estates

Rosewood Property Company recently broke ground on the second phase of construction for the Tobin Estates Apartments. Located at 3310 Oakwell Ct. in north San Antonio, this development follows the completion of the community’s initial phase.

“When you turn into the property, you forget you’re in the middle of one of America’s largest cities with lush landscape and beautiful architectural design in the Texas hill country modern style,” said Tim Harris, vice president for Rosewood.

Phase Two includes the construction of two four-story buildings that hold a combined 311 apartment homes. Additionally, a building with seven townhomes will be added to diversify the development’s available living options. Surrounded by a forest of hundred-year-old oak trees, the property has a hill country design to honor Tobin Estates’ legacy.

“With the outstanding success of our initial phase at Tobin Estates, Phase Two is designed to build upon that success by diversifying living options and finishes,” said Rick Perdue, president of Rosewood Property. “By adding even more amenities to the existing ones, Phase Two will offer an extension to the existing outdoor oasis.”
