Joint Venture to develop/build Dallas residential high-rise

Rosewood to Build 17-Story Posh Residences in Dallas’ Turtle Creek

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts plans to build a 17-story standalone residential development: Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek. It’s being developed by One Turtle Creek, a partnership of USA Infrastructure Investments (USAII) and SVAG, and is scheduled for completion in early 2025. Rosewood sold, but still runs, the nearby 143-room Mansion on Turtle Creek 

The residences will be designed by Chicago Architect Lucien Lagrange. Interior design by Dan Fink.

The building’s residences will range in size from around 2,000 to 6,380 square feet, with ceiling-height windows up to 12 feet tall offering city or park views. A dedicated dog park, spa, and garden will be available for pets.

Amenities will feature an infinity pool and lounge, a landscaped garden, and a fitness center, library, and private dining room spaces.

USAII says it has developed from Hawaii to Houston to Florida, comprising of over 20,000 garden-style multi-family apartments, LIHTC senior apartments, market-rate senior apartments, masterplan communities, single-family subdivisions, as well as retail centers, mixed-use properties and warehouses.
