Rosewood Property Acquires Colorado Springs Self-Storage Center
Rosewood Property Co. shook hands with a Tucson, AZ entity to buy Front Range Self-Storage, a 658-unit property in Monument, CO. The transaction represents the Dallas buyer’s 50th self-storage property buy. The sales price was undisclosed.
The 30-year-old facility is at 2145 Third St., approximately 20 miles north of Colorado Springs, and accessible from Interstate 25. Features of the property include wide-drive aisles, electronic gate access, 24-hour video security surveillance and optimal lighting. The property will be rebranded and managed by Extra Space Storage.
“We are excited to expand our footprint in the Colorado Springs market with a second storage center that fits well in our firm’s portfolio,” said Matt Janes with Rosewood Property Co. “The Front Range storage center offers a great location for customers, with a view of the mountains and easy accessibility.”
