Rosewood Delivers Final Phase of 956-Unit San Antonio Apartment Community

Rosewood Property Company is now leasing the third phase of The Tobin Estate Apartments, completing a project that totaled 956 unit across 44 acres. The project was launched in 2016.

Located at 3310 Oakwell Court, the third phase spans 10 acres and introduces 359 new apartment homes to the community. Residences range from 570 square feet for a studio to 1,483 square feet for a three-bedroom. 

Amenities include two resort-style pools with cabanas, resident lounges, rooftop decks, coworking spaces, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, walking trails and two dog parks woven through the tree-covered property. The third phase also introduces a second saltwater pool along with a covered pool house with outdoor cooking amenities, an additional dog wash station, expanded garden areas, activated outdoor gathering spaces and extended walking trails connecting the entire campus. 

Blackland Partners is the general contractor and WDG Architecture is the architect. InterBank provided the construction loan.
