Rosewood Debuts 338-Unit Plano Multifamily Property

Rosewood Property Company and partner MetLife Investment Management is now leasing The Buckley, the second multifamily property in Plano’s Heritage Creekside development. Located at 600 Kissimmee Dr, The Buckley offers 338 apartment homes in a four-story midrise.

Apartment homes range from studios (averaging 612 square feet) to three bedrooms (averaging 1,562 square feet) with rents starting at $1,700. Apartment amenities include private balconies and workspaces. 

Property amenities include multiple lounge areas, a club lounge and card room, an expansive fitness center with individual workout pods, a pool, co-working areas within a library setting, a dog park along the greenbelt and activated courtyards.

The development team included Hensley, Lamkin, Rachel Inc. as the architect and Blackland Partners general contractor. Broadway Bank is financing the property alongside Southside Bank as a participant.

Developed and owned by Rosewood, Heritage Creekside is a 156-acre mixed-use development.
