Rosewood Closes $12M Sale of Flatbush Mixed-Use

Rosewood Realty Group has finalized the sale of a three-story Flatbush, Brooklyn mixed-use building with two market-rate residential apartments and three retail spaces for $11.6 million.

Located between Park and Sterling places, the building at 357 Flatbush Ave. sold for a cap rate of 6.81%. The 10,445-square-foot building was constructed in 1915, and comes with 18,093 feet of air rights. 

Rosewood Realty Group’s Aaron Jungreis, Alex Fuchs and Ben Khakshoor represented both the seller, Red Sky, and the buyer, Joel Brach.
