Rose Associates Will Sublease from Avon at 777 Third

Development and management firm Rose Associates is subleasing a full floor of 777 Third Ave. for its offices. Rose is subleasing the 24,650-square-foot space from Avon Products.

“This was a modern, turnkey office opportunity that perfectly fit the needs of the subtenant,” said Dale Schlather of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented Avon, along with colleagues Jonathan Fales, Michael Burlant, Heather Thomas and Greg Herman. A team led by Michael Katz of ACTIO Corporate Asset Advisors also represented the sublessor.

Added Jeffrey Rosenblatt of Advisors Commercial Real Estate, who represented Rose, “The open layout of the space is more conducive to today’s working environment.” The subtenant is relocating from 200 Madison Ave., where it has been housed for the past 23 years, with a sublease term running through June 2026 at 777 Third.
