Rosauers Supermarkets to Anchor 196-Acre Bozeman MXU

Rosauers Supermarkets has signed a long-term lease at the new Jackrabbit Crossing development in Belgrade, located within Montana’s Gallatin Valley, near Bozeman.

Developed by Venture West Development, the 196-acre, master-planned, mixed-use will be anchored by Rosauers. The development offers a regional draw with its prime location on Jackrabbit Lane, one of Montana’s busiest roads, and it is situated in the primary corridor between Yellowstone International Airport, Yellowstone National Park, and Big Sky, Montana.

Venture West Development also recently announced a proposed 53,000-square-foot Amazon distribution center at Jackrabbit Crossing. The facility will serve as a last-mile delivery hub, similar to a newly-opened center in Missoula County. The Missoula facility spans 72,000 square feet and is projected to create 100 jobs.

“The combination of Rosauers and the upcoming Amazon distribution center underscores the significance of this project in driving economic growth and meeting the needs of our rapidly expanding community,” said Todd Waller, principal of Venture West Development.
