RoomStore Site in Scottsdale Sells for $8M
The site of a former RoomStore furniture store has traded hands for $8.3 million, or $263 per square foot. The 2.2-acre property, at 15826 N. Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale, AZ is near the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter developments. RoomStore shuttered the 31,333-square-foot building in 2015, as part of a bankruptcy filing.
The buyer, Phoenix-based Bridge Enterprises LLC, has not outlined plans for the property. The seller was DID Property Holdings. Tom Boyle with Lee & Associates brokered the transaction.
