Roland Foods Leases Former WeWork Headquarters Space

Roland Foods, LLC, a specialty food importer and distributor in the New York metropolitan area, has inked a 28,850-square-foot office lease at 115 W. 18th St. in Chelsea. The fine foods purveyor will relocate its corporate headquarters from Masonic Hall on West 23rd Street to the entire fifth floor of 115 W. 18th. The office space was previously WeWork’s headquarters location.

The CBRE team of Joseph DeRosa and John Isaacs represented Roland Foods in negotiations with the building ownership, Wasserstein Enterprises. ABS Partners represented ownership.

“The new office space allows Roland Foods to house its global headquarters in the heart of Chelsea, one of the most desirable Midtown South submarkets, where such large blocks of space on one floor are hard to come by,” said DeRosa. “In addition to the great location, the offices will be significantly renovated to provide a vibrant and welcoming environment for employees to come to every day.”
