Rockville Industrial Property Sold for $4M

A DC-based private investment company has acquired a 2.23-acre outdoor storage parcel in Rockville, Maryland, from a local family for $4 million. The name of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.

The seller has owned the property at 210-212 Mason Drive for over 40 years. KLNB’s Joe Friedman and Josh Norwitz facilitated the transaction for the seller and procured the buyer.

“Having the pulse on the supply and demand forces of this asset class, exponentially increasing rental rates and investor demands of outside storage assets was critical to driving a premium price for our client,” said Friedman.
