RockSolid Ventures Buys Midtown Mixed-Use Building for $8M 

RockSolid Ventures has acquired a five-story mixed-use apartment building in Midtown from Corigin for $7.7 million.  

Located at 515 West 47th St., the property includes one ground-floor retail space leased to The Jolly Goat Coffee Bar. The building, fully renovated in 2014, features a mix of one to four-bedroom units, private outdoor spaces, and private roof terraces.  

JLL represented the seller with a team led by Jonathan Hageman and Hall Oster.
