Rockpoint Taps Meet to Run Tenant Club at 1700 Broadway

Rockpoint Group and Rockhill Management partnered with Meet Hospitality Services to launch a private club for the tenants of 1700 Broadway. Totaling more than 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, 1700 Broadway Club features an array of offerings to accommodate gatherings of all types and sizes.

The Club showcases the late mid-century aesthetic at 1700 Broadway, according to Rockpoint, which acquired the property for $465 million in January 2018. It includes five distinct gathering spaces, a full-service bar serving light fare and a 2,200-square-foot rooftop terrace.

1700 Broadway Club will be managed by Meet Hospitality, a full-service meetings, events and hospitality company. As an amenity space, the Club is open for tenant members Monday through Friday to meet, collaborate, work outside the office and socialize. The Club also provides on-demand access to flexible meeting and function spaces.

Rockpoint Group selected Fogarty Finger Architects to design the space.
